Dr. Charles (Chuck) Fox leads a team of technologists who integrate data capture technologies with a wide variety of visualization tools to produce high-value, cutting-edge visualizations including virtual reality applications, 3D animations, and 3D printed models. Chuck collaborates with consultants from a wide array of scientific and engineering disciplines to help his team generate visualizations that are unparalleled in the industry and are utilized in mediations, arbitrations, and the courtroom.
Chuck's team has remained on the leading edge of the industry for over 25 years because they consistently evaluate and adopt new technology that contributes to understanding complex and sometimes unseen events. He is proud of the fact that his technology team is not solely tech developers, they also function as a responsive and nimble creative team that helps attorneys understand technical nuance in their cases by developing visual tools that engage and educate the legal team, mediators, arbitrators, jurors, and judges.
Chuck earned a Ph.D. in Molecular, Cellular, and Developmental Biology and studied Neuroscience as a graduate student and postdoctoral fellow. That experience influenced the rest of his career. It keeps him focused on the promise that technology will improve our lives. We learn something with each case we work on, hopefully making the world a safer place. Simultaneously, we are developing tools that help us investigate the past and look into the future with increasing confidence.
