Cassandra Hooks is Senior Director of Legal Affairs at Niagara Bottling, LLC, the largest family-owned beverage manufacturer in the United States. In this role, she handles all litigation, employment, worker’s compensation, insurance, risk management, and immigration for the company. Ms. Hooks has almost 20 years of experience both in house and at large law firms. Prior to joining Niagara Bottling, she was a trial and litigation attorney in the Los Angeles office of Alston & Bird. Ms. Hooks received her undergraduate degree from Duke University, her J.D. from Loyola Law School, and recently earned her MBA from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University.
