Fernando Eduardo Serec
TozziniFreire’s CEO and head of the Litigation and Arbitration practice groups, Fernando has broad experience in litigation and international arbitration involving real estate matters, complex financial contracts, and a wide range of administrative law issues. He has worked on major international arbitrations in Brazil, the USA, and Europe. Graduate of the Law School of Universidade Presbiteriana Mackenzie and holds a master´s degree in Civil Law from the Law School of USP (Universidade de São Paulo). He is also chair of the AMCHAM Arbitration and Mediation Centre´s Advisory Council.
