Professional Background
Jill Termini joined UPS in 1995 and currently manages complex litigated matters related to UPS services including catastrophic auto claims. She also manages compliance issues associated with the transportation of most regulated goods. She works closely with many UPS’s functions and UPS business units throughout the United States. She serves on multiple corporate committees for UPS, including Chairing UPS’s Pro Bono Committee. She served on the Board of Directors of the Children’s Museum of Atlanta for seven years and six years with the Special Olympics of Georgia’s Board of Directors.
Prior to her current role, Jill held several positions in UPS’s Public Affairs Department. During this tenure she sought to educate Federal and State policymakers regarding issues important to UPS’s operations. Her primary area of responsibility for much of her time in Public Affairs was insuring a level competitive playing field with Government Posts. Jill was charged with interacting with members of Congress at the Grassroots level to exemplify UPS’s significant presence in the various Congressional districts. Jill also managed relations with UPS’s trade association partners to ensure that these associations advocated positions consistent with UPS’s interests.
Jill and her husband Joe, also an attorney, have three boys and reside in Atlanta, Georgia.
Education and Training
Jill received her Juris Doctor (J.D.), cum laude, from Suffolk University School of Law in 1995. She graduated from Gettysburg College in 1989.
